Welcome
Arq Cloud Backup is a service that automatically and safely backs up all your files to the cloud so that you don’t lose them.
- By default Arq Cloud Backup backs up all the files on all your drives, including occasionally-connected drives.
- Arq Cloud Backup can back up your network shares too.
- Everything is encrypted before it’s uploaded to the cloud, with a password only you know, so nobody can read your stuff in the cloud.
- If you deleted or overwrite a document and you want the old version back, restore it from an older backup record.
- If your computer is lost or stolen, you can install Arq Cloud Backup on a new computer and restore all your files.
- If you need files on the go, you can log into https://cloud.arqbackup.com and download files.
Next Steps
Once you’ve set up the Arq Cloud Backup app (created an account or logged into an existing one), you’re done! You can close the Arq Cloud Backup app. Arq Cloud Backup’s agent will automatically back up your files in the background.
